How to resolve issues related to extension loading and form filling
Option 1: Force Reload;
Click extension icon in your address bar;

Click the settings icon in the sidebar of the popup

Click the debug button

Click 'Force Reload'

If this does not resolve the issue proceed to option 2
Option 2: Uninstall and Reinstall
Click the button 'Remove from Chrome';
Visit the same link again
Click 'Add to Chrome'
Log In and try again
If this does not resolve the issue proceed to option 3
Option 3: Restart Computer
Restart your computer;
If this does not resolve the issue proceed to option 4
Option 4: Ping the app
This section only applies if you cannot see the extension widget showing up on the page OR There is an error in filling the form
Go to the page where the widget is meant to show up (on depop this will be your profile, on ebay this will be the /sh/lst/active page)
Reload this page
Click extension icon in your address bar;

Click the settings icon in the sidebar;

Click the debug button

Click 'Ping Page'

This will return a message and download a file. Email the message response and file to [email protected];
Option 5: Turn on Debug Mode;
Click extension icon in your address bar;

Click the settings icon in the sidebar of the popup

Click the debug button
Turn on the debug log switch;
Click the save button to save the settings;
Option 6: Make sure you only have one chrome window open before accepting permissions
Re-install the chrome extension
Close all chrome windows except the one with crosslister installed (You should have only 1 chrome window open)
Try accepting permissions again;
Option 7: Update your chrome browser
