SellerAider's grow product has a vast feature set. The following are the available features you can learn more about them by clicking on the name of the feature to the right of this page.
Refresh listings is a feature that will bump your items to the top of search. Just like how you edit an item in the app brings it back to the top of search. It refreshes your items from the oldest item to the newest so it always maintains the order of your items.
You can access this feature by going to your profile on the website. Under the listings tab, you’ll see a button called ‘Refresh Items’. Click ‘Refresh Items’ and this will begin your refresh session.
To get most sales refresh during peak hours for your buyers.
This is a feature that allows you to set an interval for the extension to refresh your items for you. For example: If you select 30 minutes, The extension will automatically refresh your items every 30 minutes. You have to leave the tab open for refresh to actually run but even if you close the tab the extension will still remember that auto-refresh is on and will start up from where it left off when you re-open a depop tab.
If it is time for auto-refresh and you are running another task (e.g following users), the bot will wait until your task finishes then it will commence auto-refresh
To use this feature, you just have to go to your profile page on the website and click the button ‘Start Auto-Refresh’.
You will then be prompted to add in the time interval you want to refresh at (The minimum interval is 20 minutes).
You can either start the refresh now or after the interval you specify.
The minimum break period is 20 minutes. You have to leave the tab open for the refreshing to actually run, you can still go to other sites in other tabs while auto refresh is on. You CANNOT have more than one depop tab open when auto-refresh is on, if you try to open more than one depop tab you will be re-directed to a notice page.
Our tool has a setting that lets you choose what changes happen when refreshing.
Edit the price – when checked 0.01 in whatever currency you have will be added to the price of your item. On the next refresh the extension will automatically remove the 0.01 added.
Refresh downtime – have autorefresh/continuous refresh take a break for a while if your shop has been refreshed a certain number of times. You can decided how many times your shop is refreshed before having downtime. You can also decide how long this downtime will be.
Varied Refresh Interval – Vary Refresh Interval will choose a random interval in between your chosen auto refresh time and 2 hours added to that time.
Go into the settings page by clicking the icon that looks like a ‘cog/gear’ and then click the refresh behaviour button. Choose any of the options available
We recommend that you set a refresh downtime if autorefresh/continuous refresh is on.
Our relist feature allows you to recreate a listing INCLUDING the images attached to the listing.
Click on one of your products and then click the button ‘Relist item’. By default the old item is not deleted. You can set the extension to automatically delete the old item by going into the settings page and clicking the relist button.
Relisted items do very well when it comes to search. If you have an item that hasn’t sold for a while you can relist and get it on the top of search. NOTE: Relisting will remove any likes or comments you have on a product, it is essentially a new listing.
Our edit items/listings feature allows you to make several changes to multiple listings at the same time. The following are the available changes you can make:
Change shipping cost (National and International)
Increase price by %
Decrease price by %
Increase price by exact amount
Decrease price by exact amount

Decrease price by % (Recommended)
Decrease price by exact amount
IMPORTANT:
For this feature to work properly, you need to have this option available to you on depop already.
You need to decrease the price by at least 5% regardles of what option you choose (percentage or exact amount)
If an offer has already been sent or the user cannot be sent an offer the bot will skip this user.

Accept offer: The bot will accept offers that are discounted at a % that is lower than or equal to the number you input
EXAMPLE: if you put 10 in the input box then it represents 10 percent. If you select DECLINE then the bot will decline offers higher than a 10 percent discount. If you select ACCEPT then it will accept offers that are lower or equal to a 10 percent discount.
IMPORTANT:
For this feature to work properly, you need to have offers available to you on depop already.
Click on your profile and click the ‘Respond to Offers’ button. You’ll be taken to a page where you can select the response and the criteria for responding in a specific way.
Once done, press ‘Continue’. Afterwards, press the green ‘Start Responding to Offers’ button.

UI Mode has the bot click buttons and open specific pages in order to complete tasks. UI Mode is available for several features:
Refresh
Autorefresh/Scheduled Refresh
Relist & Delete Items
It operates slower than regular mode as it has to load each page before working.
Click on the icon in the white sidebar of the app that looks like a ‘cog/gear’. Then Click ‘UI Mode’. This takes you to a page where you can turn on UI mode and customize how it behaves based on the specific feature.
You can speed up UI mode by going to the settings page > click ui mode > click Skip delay in UI Mode. However, we still recommend having some delay.
You can choose to use U.I Mode when available as an option on a feature. Whatever mode you are on, make sure you have a decent delay between each action and set up downtime.
Using this feature will download all your unsold listings into a CSV AND a text file.
Go to your profile and click on the ‘Export Listings’ button.

This is a feature that allows you to send a message to multiple people at once. Currently we support mass messaging: all your followers and people who liked a product. The extension will only message an individual person once in 48 hours regardless of how you message them, it will also not mass message someone if the last message sent to them is the exact same as the one you are sending currently. This works as an implicit pause/resume feature, by passing on people that have been messaged previously.
The extension only messages people who meet these conditions: 1) Have not been messaged/conversed with in 48 hours 2) last message in your chat with them was not the message you are about to send 3) They are not blacklisted
You can blacklist users from being messaged in the settings to prevent the extension from ever messaging them. IMPORTANT make sure you read the best practices section before ever considering using mass messaging
Messaging is a feature that is easy to abuse, Depop’s TOS is against spam, we also have a clause in our TOS that is against spamming/harassing users. We do not recommend messaging many user's in one go (such all your followers).
We recommend rarely ever messaging people who have not indicated some level of interest in your shop (If you are to use the messaging features focus on messaging people who have liked YOUR products or who follow you). Messaging likers of other people’s products is fine if done in a highly targeted way, make sure they have liked similar items to yours.
Behind the scenes, our extension skips users that have already been messaged once in 48 hours and we skip users who have previously received the exact same message that you are about to send. You can also prevent the extension from EVER messaging someone you have messaged before by going into the settings.
If someone who you message does not want to receive a message from you again, make sure you add them to the blacklist (You can go into the settings tab > Message), blacklisting uninterested people that get back to you is your responsibility and will prevent you from getting reported by users which could have negative consequences for you.

You will be taken to a tab where you can enter the message you want to send. Afterwards you can click Continue then the message button will show ‘Click To Send’. Once you click that, messaging shall begin.
This is a feature that allows you to prevent a specific user from ever being messaged
Go to the settings tab in the extension (You can go here by clicking the icon that looks like a gear/cog). Click ‘Message Blacklist’ and add the persons username to the text box. If you are adding multiple users, separate each username with a comma and DO NOT use the @ sign GOOD: username1, username2
BAD: @username1, @username2
ADDITIONALLY, You can click the check box labelled “skip if messaged before” to NEVER under any circumstances message a user that you have messaged previously.
Variables allow you to tell the extension to automatically substitute any occurrence of the variable in a message with some data while it is running. For example, the message ‘Hey {{username}}’ when messaging a user called @sarah will send the message’Hey @sara’ to the user @sara. Currently there are two variables:
1) {{username}} = automatically fill in username
2) {{product}} = automatically fill in product link NOTE: You do not have to use variables in order to send a message
You can use this by clicking any of the message features on the extension. When you are shown the box to type your message you are also given a list of available variables. Just type out the variable e.g {{username}} at whatever position you want the data to show up in the message.
Preset messages allow you to create reusable messages.
For example, if you wanted to give every liker an offer of 10% off, you could create a preset message titled ‘Offer to 10% Liker’ with a custom message. Now, whenever you wanted to use the message likers feature you can easily select the preset message and have the message box get filled with your preset.
This allows you to save a lot of time and make your messages a bit more standardized. Custom variables also work with messaging.
NOTE:
Presets are not restricted to a specific messaging feature, all messaging features can use presets.
You can also access preset messages and copy/paste them from the inbox page on the depop website
You can use this by going to your profile. Open the Message dropdown then click ‘Preset Messages’. You can now either create a preset message or edit an existing preset message by selecting it from the dropdown.
This is a feature that allows you to follow multiple people at once. Currently we support mass following: the followers of another user, the following of another user and people who liked a product.
The extension skips people that you are already following, you have blocked, have blocked you.
Depop has a following limit of 7501, so when you reach this limit the extension will stop following you and alert you about the limit. You can go unfollow people using the previous instructions about Unfollowing Users.
NOTE: You can automatically start unfollowing when you reach the limit, to turn this setting on go to Settings > Unfollow > Check the box that says ‘Auto-unfollow when follow limit is reached’.
As of now, depop is only allowing around 1000 followings to be loaded. This does not impact the unfollow feature but it does impact other following features.
You can confirm that this is the case because you cannot load more than this manually on the depop mobile or web app. 1000 followings is equivalent to about 5-6 scrolls on the mobile/web app (try it out yourself).
This might be a bug rather than a permanent change by depop. To get this fixed faster: we suggest that you email depop to submit a bug report stating that you are unable to load followers on the mobile app.
To use this feature, you just have to go to another users profile on the website. Open the Follow/Unfollow dropdown and then click the button ‘Follow Followers’.

Best Practices & Rules
After creating a desired layout, you can keep a saved layout so you have a point to go back to. The extension automatically preserves the order of your items when refreshing however delays on depop’s site in re-ordering items can occassionally affect your layout. Just hit ‘restore layout’ and you are all set!
